Terms and Conditions

We value customer satisfaction and encourage our users to try our products before buying. Our trial versions are fully-functional, but will display a message reminding you to buy a license or stop using the product.

In essence, we provide the software “as is”. We do provide trial versions of our products for free, in order to allow you to to test before you buy. If you have questions regarding the use of our products in specific situations, please contact us at info@ayuus.com.

The terms of our license are fully outlined/described in the Ayuus B.V. End User License Agreement (EULA) included with our product installations. Before you can install and use an Ayuus B.V. product, you must read, understand and accept the terms/conditions of the EULA.
Though the text below in no way supplant/replace the terms/conditions defined within the EULA included with our product installation, we hope they will explain some of the terms/concepts contained within the End User License Agreement.

However, when you purchase a license, you will have access to all upgrades updates and support for a full year. An expired subscription can be renewed. If you do not renew your subscription on the 13th month after purchase, your need to buy a new license. Feel free to contact us for more information on renewals and product costs once your subscription expires.
